1st Care At Home is dedicated to providing exceptional home health care services to our patients. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and help our patients improve their ability to perform daily living activities and achieve greater independence.

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical and functional abilities.

• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills, motor functions, and cognitive abilities.

• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve their daily living and quality of life.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences as needed.
  
   

  Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

• Previous experience in home health care is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
