Mission: HYPE's (Halifax Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs) mission is to empower the next generation of leaders by fostering meaningful connections through community service, networking, and professional development.

Vision: HYPE envisions a community where young professionals, entrepreneurs, and students are empowered to connect, lead, and create change for generations to come.

The HYPE Pillars:
Community Service: giving back to our community through our HYPE Scholarship, Highway Clean Up, Food Drives, Coat & Clothing drive, Holiday Giving Initiatives.
Networking: connecting with other young professionals through member meetings, HYPE Connect (Qaurterly), Lunch & Learns, and 'Off the Clock' Event Meet-ups.
Mentorship: engaging the next generation of young professionals through Mock Interviews, Resume Workshops, and Leadership Halifax Involvement.

HYPE annually awards one deserving Halifax County High School student a scholarship towards furthering their education. Applications for the 2026 scholarship are available March 15th through April 26th.
