    Service Dispatch Strategist 

    Comfort Sytems USA  MidAtlantic, a leading provider of HVAC and plumbing services, is seeking a Service Dispatch Strategist to manage the daily scheduling and dispatching of service technicians. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming communication and ensuring efficient service scheduling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming customer calls and prioritize scheduling based on needs.
    • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventative maintenance, and on-demand requests.
    • Coordinate technician schedules, including on-call rotations and return visits.
    • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and relay necessary details to technicians.
    • Review and finalize work orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
    • Assist with technician timecards and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
    • Collaborate with management and service teams to optimize operations and ensure excellent customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience in dispatch and coordination, preferably in HVAC or plumbing.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
