Service Contracts Coordinator

We’re seeking an energetic and organized Service Contracts Coordinator to join our team! In this key role, you’ll oversee service contracts, support customers, and ensure smooth coordination between departments in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

?? What You’ll Do:

• Manage service contracts in Maxwell, ensuring data accuracy and timely renewals

• Coordinate Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules with the Service Dispatcher

• Track and manage new, renewed, and canceled contracts

• Assist with purchase orders, inventory, and service uniform processes

• Provide exceptional support to our customers and the service department

• Collaborate with the Service General Manager, Technicians, and Sales Team to improve processes and enhance customer service

?? What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)

• Experience in construction or service industry is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency in MS Office and 365

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
