Sales Support Administrator
Comfort Systems MidAtlantic, a leading company in the HVAC and plumbing industry is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide essential support to the outside sales team. This role is responsible for managing key administrative tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on selling and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee data entry for all sales-related projects and contracts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Manage procurement for service projects and contracts, including coordinating orders and tracking deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractor services and crane operations for various service projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative support related to project/contract entry, procurement, and scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Assist with tracking sales activities, maintaining records, and generating reports to support sales efforts.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, data entry, or administrative roles, ideally in HVAC or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management software or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
