Yoga on The Dan
Join rangers for a relaxing morning yoga session with a beautiful view of the Dan River. Guest will learn basic yoga poses while taking in the natural world around them. Mats are available to those who are new to yoga. This is a beginner-friendly course. Guests should bring water and dress in athletic clothing. There is no fee to participate.
