Stories of the Stars
Come join the storytellers from CHAOS (Chapel Hill Association and Observational Society) on the Observation Field to share the stories of the stars. Learn about constellation, planets, astrophotography, and the vast distance from the stars to the Earth. Stop by the Visitors Center for a red-light filter for your flashlight or phone; this reduces the impact of white light on your night vision on the field. Don't miss out on this chance to experience Staunton River State Park in the dark!
